New update!

The road goes on past the Abyss.

The story no longer ends with the Emissary's fall. Whoever was listening from afar now has a name, a place where they sat waiting, and a throne. Two new lands close out the journey — the last of which has to be faced together: no lone hero walks out of it alive.

The lords of the realm have grown up.

Aetheria's bosses used to fall before they ever showed what they could do. Now they take a hit and give it right back — fights last long enough to actually see them fight.

A clearer first journey.

The Citadel and the Bloodlands, the first lands a new hero meets, now guide instead of stopping you cold: the tutorial ends by taking down the Alpha Slime, your potion and abilities are already on your bar, and the early danger has been rebalanced.

Abilities finally feel like something when you cast them.

Every power now has its own real effect, sized to its real range — the Shield is a dome that protects, not just another swing. Fighters see the same numbers on the skill card that they feel in battle.

The realm changes face at every crossing.

Waits — logging in, stepping through a portal, reconnecting — now show painted scenes instead of an empty screen. In the wiki, lands no longer repeat pointlessly in the tables. And the realm's public wealth index tells its numbers without exposing who holds them anymore.

Aetheria keeps growing alongside the people exploring it.
